Job summary

Carrington College is hiring an Enrollment Services Associate in California to guide prospective and enrolled students with accurate information and exceptional service. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Experience in Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales is a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Schedule and conduct interviews with prospective students and provide complete information.
• Follow up with interviewed and enrolled students through matriculation.
• Maintain compliance with recruitment laws and Carrington College ethics.
• Update Student Information System with notes after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to inform enrollment decisions.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
