Qualifications

• 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Enrollment Services/Admissions or non-durable sales experience a plus.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and interviews with prospective students, conveying complete information about programs, outcomes, services, and financial considerations to determine enrollment suitability.
• Schedule and conduct interviews and follow up with prospective and enrolled students through to matriculation.
• Maintain accurate notes in the Student Information System and communicate with Student Finance about next steps.
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and production goals.
• Collaborate with campus teams and cross-departmentally to ensure smooth enrollment processes.
