Job summary

Carrington College in Fresno, CA seeks an Enrollment Services Associate to provide timely, accurate information to prospective and enrolled students and deliver outstanding customer service. You will conduct interviews, explain programs and financial considerations, and guide applicants through enrollment and matriculation.

Primary responsibilities include high-volume outbound calls, maintaining CRM records, and coordinating with the Student Finance team to communicate next steps and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred; Associate degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of high-volume, fast-paced customer service experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) solutions.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective students through high-volume calls and interviews to provide accurate information on programs, outcomes, services, and costs.
• Schedule and conduct admissions interviews and follow up through matriculation.
• Maintain detailed notes in the Student Information System after each contact.
• Collaborate with Student Finance to convey next steps and assist enrollment decisions.
