Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement claims. You will maintain timely communications with parents, verify orders, and support procurement while ensuring data accuracy and policy compliance.

In this role, you will collaborate with teams, participate in meetings, and uphold OpenEd’s values in a fast-paced educational environment. MT time-zone hours apply.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication for professional interactions.

• Ability to learn new online tools and systems quickly.
• Eligibility to work in the United States and adapt to MT time zone hours.

Responsibilities

• Review and process student schedules within a 14‑day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims in line with policy.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Organize and review enrollment packets and maintain records.
• Enter student data accurately into the system.
• Support procurement by processing Direct Orders for supplies.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and promptly.
• Collaborate with teams to share clear information with families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations and OpenEd policies.
