Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will ensure timely processing and clear communication with parents while maintaining compliance with policies.

In this role, you will verify orders, enter records, and support procurement, collaborating with teams to deliver reliable service to families across OpenEd’s programs.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; engage professionally.
• Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficient with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Associate’s Degree or equivalent; relevant experience accepted.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Verify receipt of orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Organize and review enrollment packets for completeness and order.
• Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example and uphold OpenEd values.
• Adhere to regulations and policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
