Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursement requests, and Direct Orders from parents. You will ensure timely, compliant handling of claims and maintain professional communication with families.

The role emphasizes accuracy in data entry, coordination with procurement, and adherence to OpenEd’s policies while supporting a positive learning environment for students and families.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in active listening, reading comprehension, and clear written communication.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professionalism.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining organized records.
• Familiarity with managing schedules, enrollment documents, and reimbursement processes.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround with cross-referencing of documents.
• Review and process reimbursement and order-related claims.
• Verify enrollment packets and ensure all required documentation is present and ordered.
• Enter student records into the system accurately and keep enrollment data up to date.
• Assist with procurement of supplies and Direct Orders as needed.
• Respond to parent and guardian inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and uphold OpenEd values and policies.
