OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests, ensuring timely, policy-compliant handling and clear communication with families.

The role includes data entry, order verification, enrollment review, procurement support, and collaboration with the team to deliver accurate information to OpenEd families during standard business hours.

• Strong administrative and clerical skills to manage schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to review and verify documents with high accuracy while meeting deadlines.
• Excellent written and spoken communication to interact with families and team members.

Aufgaben

• Schedule Processing: Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing documents and vendor information.
• Reimbursement Processing: Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Compliance: Ensure all reimbursement claims align with policies and guidelines.
• Order Verification: Verify receipt of orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Enrollment Packet Review: Organize and review incoming enrollment packets for completeness.
• Data Entry: Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Procurement Support: Process Direct Orders for supplies and materials.
• Parent/Guardian Communication: Respond to inquiries professionally and timely.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate to provide clear information to families.
• Team Meetings: Attend and contribute in team discussions.
• Lead by Example: Model professionalism and integrity in line with OpenEd values.
• Compliance Adherence: Follow federal, state, and local regulations and policies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
