OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will communicate with parents professionally, verify orders, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will handle data entry, direct orders for supplies, and collaborate with the team to maintain accurate records and timely processes. This role supports OpenEd’s mission to provide organized, student-centered administration.

• Work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsabilités

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets for required documents.
• Enter student records accurately into systems.
• Support procurement by processing Direct Orders.
• Respond professionally to parent/guardian inquiries.
• Collaborate with team to provide clear family info.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example in alignment with OpenEd values.
• Adhere to all regulations and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
