Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursement requests, and Direct Orders from parents. You will maintain records, verify documents, and communicate with families in a professional, timely manner.

You will support procurement, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with teams to keep enrollment information accurate and up-to-date, upholding OpenEd’s standards and values.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication with professional tone.
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and patient with excellent interpersonal skills.
• Comfort with learning and using online tools and programs.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Review and process student schedules and enrollment packets within a 14-day window.
• Review and process reimbursement claims and Direct Orders per policy.
• Verify orders, address discrepancies with invoices, and ensure compliance.
• Organize enrollment documents and maintain accurate records in the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to inform families clearly and reliably.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing process improvements.
