Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests. You will maintain timely communication with parents, ensuring accuracy and adherence to OpenEd policies.

This role supports procurement through Direct Orders and collaborates with teams to provide reliable information to families. The position emphasizes data integrity, compliance with regulations, and a proactive, service-oriented approach to processing and customer

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills in a professional setting.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Extremely detail-oriented, organized, and patient with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, etc.).

Responsibilities

Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround with cross-referencing of documents and vendor info.
Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround per policies.
Verify orders receipt and address discrepancies with invoices.
Organize and review enrollment packets to ensure proper documentation.
Enter student records accurately into the system and maintain enrollment data.
Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
