Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursement claims, and direct orders. You will maintain timely communication with parents, verify orders and invoices, and ensure compliance with policies.

You will also handle data entry and procurement support, collaborate with teammates, and participate in meetings to improve processes in a fast-paced educational environment.

Qualifications

• Associates degree or equivalent from an accredited institution, or relevant experience.
• Proficiency with Google Suite.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, personable, and patient.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to engage professionally with others.

Responsibilities

• Schedule processing within a 14-day turnaround with cross-referencing of vendor information and documents.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Ensure all reimbursement claims align with company policies.
• Verify receipt of orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Organize and review incoming student enrollment packets for completeness.
• Accurately enter student records into the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide reliable information to families.
• Attend team meetings as required and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example to align with OpenEd values and professional integrity.
• Adhere to relevant regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
