Job summary

OpenEd seeks a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursement requests, and Direct Orders from families. You will ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with policies while communicating professionally with parents.

In this role, you will verify orders, manage enrollment data, support procurement of supplies, and collaborate with team members to deliver reliable information to families, while upholding OpenEd’s values and regulatory

Responsibilities

• Schedule Processing: Manage student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Reimbursement Processing: Review and process reimbursement claims within 14 days.
• Compliance: Ensure all claims align with policies and guidelines.
• Order Verification: Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Enrollment Packet Review: Organize and review enrollment packets for completeness.
• Data Entry: Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Procurement Support: Process Direct Orders for supplies and materials.
• Parent/Guardian Communication: Respond professionally to inquiries.
• Effective Communication: Collaborate to provide clear information to families.
• Team Meetings: Attend and contribute to team discussions.
• Lead by Example: Demonstrate professionalism and integrity aligned with OpenEd values.
• Compliance Adherence: Adhere to regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Other Duties: Perform additional tasks as assigned.
