Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, reimbursement requests, and direct orders. You will maintain timely communication with parents and ensure accuracy and compliance across all steps.

In this role you will enter student data, support procurement, and work with the team to uphold OpenEd’s standards and policies while handling confidential information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, personable, and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and common online tools.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Availability to work during traditional business hours in the Mountain Time Zone.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing documents and sources.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround, ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure all reimbursement claims comply with company policies and guidelines.
• Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review enrollment packets to ensure documentation is complete.
• Accurately enter student records and maintain enrollment data.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries in a professional manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example, upholding OpenEd’s values and professionalism.
• Adhere to all regulations and OpenEd policies.
