Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests, ensuring consistent, compliant, and timely processing. The role requires professional, friendly communication with parents and cross-team collaboration.

You will ensure enrollment packets are complete, enter student data accurately, and support procurement with direct orders while adhering to OpenEd policies and regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent; relevant experience welcomed.
• Strong verbal and written communication with professionals.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite and data entry.
• Eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround.
• Verify receipt of orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets for required documents.
• Enter student records accurately into the system.
• Provide timely, professional parent communications.
• Support procurement with Direct Orders.
• Attend team meetings and collaborate with staff.
