OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursement requests, ensuring timely processing and policy compliance. You will maintain professional communication with parents and collaborate with staff to streamline operations.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, data accuracy, and adherence to federal, state, and local regulations, while supporting procurement and enrollment workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Review and process student schedules within a 14‑day turnaround.
• Review reimbursement claims and ensure policy compliance.
• Verify orders and address invoice discrepancies.
• Review enrollment packets and ensure documentation in order.
• Accurately enter student records into the system.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent inquiries professionally and timely.
• Collaborate with team to provide clear information to families.
• Attend team meetings and model OpenEd values.
