Job summary

OpenEd is seeking a Processing Specialist to review and process student schedules, enrollment packets, and reimbursements, ensuring accuracy and compliance. You will maintain professional communication with parents and coordinate with teams to support procurement and data integrity.

You will handle enrollment packet review, data entry, and direct orders, while maintaining alignment with company policies and federal/state regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication with professional engagement.
• Extremely detail-oriented, organized, personable, and patient.
• Proficiency with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Process student schedules within a 14-day turnaround, cross-referencing vendor information, reimbursement sheets, documents, internal channels, and external websites.
• Review and process reimbursement claims within a 14-day turnaround, ensuring policy compliance.
• Ensure all reimbursement claims align with company policies and guidelines.
• Verify receipt of orders and address discrepancies with invoices.
• Organize and review enrolment packets to ensure documentation is complete and orderly.
• Accurately enter student records into the system and maintain enrollment information.
• Process Direct Orders for supplies to support procurement.
• Respond to parent/guardian inquiries in a professional, timely manner.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide reliable information to families.
• Attend team meetings and contribute to discussions.
• Lead by example, upholding OpenEd values and professionalism.
• Adhere to all relevant regulations and OpenEd policies.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
