Georgia State University is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist for the Office of the Registrar on the Atlanta Campus. You will provide cross-functional enrollment services across admissions, registration, and academic records, ensuring smooth processing from start to graduation.

Responsibilities include advising on admissions and financial aid processes, answering diverse enrollment questions, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with two years related experience.
• Working knowledge of call center environments preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and pay attention to detail.
• Experience with FERPA and financial aid laws is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide cross-functional enrollment services including admissions, registration, enrollment, and academic records.
• Understand admissions processes, student advisement, financial aid in a university setting.
• Answer questions on admissions, registration, academic records and enrollment issues.
• Assist completing enrollment processes through graduation.
• Analyze student accounts, update records, provide counseling, and resolve Tier 1 issues with minimal supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume call center including outreach campaigns and CRM ticketing.
