Georgia State University is seeking an Enrollment Services Specialist in the Office of the Registrar. This role provides cross-functional enrollment services from admissions through graduation and delivers excellent customer service within a high-volume call center.

Responsibilities include advising on admissions, registration, and academic records, assisting with online and on-campus enrollment, and resolving Tier 1 issues with minimal supervision. Join a collaborative team in Atlanta.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related experience.
• Preference for candidates with familiarity in a Call Center environment.
• Knowledge of FERPA and financial aid laws.
• Experience with integrated student record systems such as Banner/Banner Workflow.
• Experience in enrollment services (admissions, registrar, student accounts, financial aid).

Responsabilités

• Provide cross-functional enrollment services: admissions, registration, enrollment, and academic records.
• Understand admissions processes, student advisement, financial aid, and university operations.
• Answer questions about enrollment, admissions, registration, academic records, and on-campus/online course enrollment.
• Assist completing enrollment and academic processes through graduation.
• Analyze student accounts, update records, counsel, and resolve Tier 1 issues with minimal supervision.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a high-volume Enrollment & Registration Services Center call center environment.
