Responsibilities

• Provides information to students, parents, colleagues, and the university community regarding financial aid and student accounts via phone and in-person.
• Investigates and provides solutions regarding financial aid and student account customer issues.
• Reviews the accuracy of financial aid applications and verifies information with supporting documentation.
• Assists with community outreach including calling campaigns and financial management workshops and orientation presentations.
• Counsel students on enrollment management issues from orientation to enrollment and after (admissions, registration, and academic records).
