Job summary

Georgia Tech’s Office of Graduate Education seeks an Enrollment Services Specialist II to support graduate admissions and enrollment operations. The role reviews credentials, maintains records, and collaborates across the Institute to ensure accurate, policy-compliant admissions processing.

The position involves data workflows, CRM and SIS administration, and serving as a liaison to campus partners on admissions policies. A collaborative team supports candidates through the admissions journey.

Qualifications

• Experience in admissions/enrollment management is preferred.
• Experience evaluating domestic and international credentials is desired.
• Strong data management and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain admissions records in admissions and enrollment management software, ensuring accurate applicant data and processing required documents.
• Support key recruitment and yield initiatives, representing the Institute and assisting prospects, applicants, students, and campus stakeholders.
• Manage multi-channel communications (phone, email, ticketing) and execute resolution protocols for inquiries to ensure accuracy and service standards.
• Provide technical guidance on applicant completion criteria and document submission workflows for enrollment.
• Coordinate with admissions managers and technical staff on system issues and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
