Job summary

State of Georgia is seeking an Enrollment Management Specialist to support admissions workflows, student records, and CRM communications. This role requires strong data integrity and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include processing applications, maintaining transcripts and residency documentation, and collaborating with front office, MIS, and academic departments to ensure accurate enrollment operations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related field and two years of experience in an educational environment.
• Preferred: experience in admissions, enrollment, or student services; knowledge of Banner SIS; proficiency with CRM platforms like Target X and Slate; strong organization and attention to detail; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; at least one year working with customers in person; data entry skills; flexibility in hours.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with customers and processes, maintains, and optimizes enrollment workflows and student records.
• Manages CRM communications and ensures accuracy of admissions data across SIS and CRM systems.
• Supports system upgrades, testing, and documentation of enrollment-related technologies.
• Coordinates with front office, MIS team, and academic departments to ensure documentation and processes meet institutional needs.
• Conducts information sessions and assists with recruitment events and other college activities.
