Job summary

Pitt-Bradford is seeking an Enrollment Services Assistant in the Office of Enrollment Services. The role reports to the Registrar and Director of Enrollment Services and serves as a primary contact for students and parents regarding tuition, fees, registration, and related matters.

The position provides support to faculty and staff to enhance the student educational experience and ensures accurate student accounting and records handling.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills; learn and work confidently within student accounting and student records systems.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative support to the Registrar, including correspondence, reports, and office supply management.
• Handles daily student payment processing and cash management for the office.
• Answers questions from students and parents and resolves problems related to invoicing, registration, and academic policies and procedures.
• Manages course registration and records management for approximately 1,400 students each term.
