Pathways In Education seeks an Online Programs Enrollment and Outreach Specialist to connect students and families with Pathways in Education and guide them through the enrollment process. This role emphasizes recruitment, community outreach, family engagement, and enrollment support, working with school leadership and the Marketing Department.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who can conduct information sessions, tours, and outreach, and work independently in a results-oriented

Qualifications

• Respond to all new inquiries quickly and maintain consistent communication with all students/parents throughout the admissions process.
• Complete the required numbers of outbound calls per day to reach prospective students.
• Conduct telephone-based and on-site consultations to prospective students and parents on their educational goals.
• Review programs with parents/student and advise them on admission requirements.
• Ensure that all admission paperwork is completed and filed appropriately.
• Accurately enter new student information into the CRM system.

Responsabilités

• Recruit students who left the program and assist with getting the student educational support.
• Attend regularly scheduled internal meetings to monitor enrollment goals, review policy and procedures, and develop new strategies for recruitment.
• Travel on behalf of the school for recruitment and other school outreach related events.
• Create community partnerships for student recruitment and attend community events.
• Stay informed of current trends and changes in the industry.
