Job summary

Teachers of Tomorrow is seeking an Enrollment Advisor to guide teacher intern candidates through the enrollment process for the ACP program. The role combines customer service with sales skills to help candidates move through the enrollment steps and learn certification requirements for multiple states.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication abilities, experience in fast-paced settings, and a passion for education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a leading university or commensurate experience.
• 2+ years in a heavy customer service or sales‑oriented position.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with candidates via telephone, email, or live chat to build rapport and assist with the initial portion of the application process.
• Uses sales techniques to capture candidate attention, highlighting program features and benefits and encourages progression through enrollment.
• Demonstrates proficiency in program knowledge and communicates how the program works to prospective and current candidates.
• Establishes, develops and maintains positive business and customer relationships.
• Presents, promotes and sells the program using supported value proposition statements to candidates.
