Job summary

Innovative Network of Knowledge seeks an experienced Admissions Specialist to guide families through enrollment with care and efficiency. This remote role involves guiding inquiries, managing documents, and coordinating with the Educational Concierge team to tailor the best learning path for each child.

You will handle inquiries, support with tuition and financial aid, and ensure accurate data in SIS/CRM while engaging families through virtual sessions and timely follow-ups.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in admissions, enrollment, student services, or a related field.
• Proficiency with SIS, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Suite.
• Familiarity with ESAs, financial aid, or tuition assistance programs is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills with ability to build rapport.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and data management skills.
• Experience handling CRM tickets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for prospective families, guiding enrollment requirements, tuition, financial aid, and programs.
• Manage full admissions process from inquiry to enrollment.
• Verify enrollment documents and residency transcripts per regulations.
• Collaborate with Educational Concierge to select best academic pathways.
• Maintain records of admissions interactions in SIS/CRM.
• Conduct virtual open houses and information meetings.
• Coordinate with marketing and recruitment for consistent messaging.
• Stay updated on ESA programs and financial aid opportunities.
• Provide ongoing nurture and support to families until enrollment decision.
