Job summary

Acceleration Academies is seeking Enrollment Counselors to support nationwide enrollment growth. This fully remote role requires guiding prospective students and guardians through the enrollment process with empathy and clarity, while meeting enrollment goals and maintaining CRM records.

You will engage families via inbound/outbound channels, own the enrollment funnel, and collaborate with document processors and academy directors to ensure a smooth transition to the first day of school.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Sales, or related field preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in telemarketing, call centers, or similar enrollment roles; consultative sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, organization, and time management skills.
• Spanish bilingualism is a plus and helpful for outreach and advocacy.
• Experience with CRM or telemarketing software (HubSpot, Salesforce, Five9, RingCentral) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospective students and families through inbound and outbound outreach.
• Own the full enrollment funnel from inquiry to first day of school.
• Guide students through application steps and provide clear direction at each stage.
• Maintain accurate, real-time records of outreach and interactions in CRM.
• Meet or exceed enrollment goals and performance metrics.
