Job summary

Great Hearts Academies in North Texas is seeking an Enrollment Specialist to support the enrollment cycle. This full-time role operates in-office with a hybrid work location and reports to the Senior Director of Enrollment.

You will manage high volumes of data, leverage Excel and CRM systems, reach out to prospective families, explain enrollment steps, coordinate tours, and help campuses achieve their 11th day goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; two years Texas DCO or Registrar experience.
• Experience with student information systems, CRMs, or enterprise databases.
• Advanced Excel skills: formulas, pivot tables, lookups, data validation, filtering, sorting, conditional formatting, and large dataset management.
• Ability to learn quickly and navigate multiple software platforms while ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to build strong relationships.
• Thrives in a fast-growing environment and works well across teams.

Responsibilities

• Process, validate, and maintain large volumes of data with high accuracy.
• Utilize Excel pivot tables, formulas, and lookups to support operations.
• Navigate multiple software systems to complete daily tasks.
• Proactively calling inquiries and guiding prospective families.
• Assist in educating families about enrollment steps and tracking progress.
• Support campuses to meet the 11th-day enrollment goal.
• Attend events to promote recruiting and brand awareness.
