Ombudsman Educational Services in Phoenix seeks an Enrollment & Retention Specialist to drive recruitment, enrollment, and engagement across assigned locations. You will build relationships with students, families, and community partners to support enrollment goals.

The role involves conducting outreach, managing timelines, and promoting program offerings while ensuring compliance with state requirements. Starting pay ranges $16-$20/hour, based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Associates degree or higher preferred.
• AZ fingerprint clearance card or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Develop outreach strategies to increase prospective student interest and enrollment.
• Participate in school and community events to promote program awareness and drive recruitment.
• Maintain accurate databases of prospective students and follow up with timely communications.
• Coordinate enrollment processes and ensure compliance with Arizona charter enrollment requirements.
• Support retention efforts by engaging families and monitoring student progress.
