Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement and manage annual outreach and recruitment strategies across programs.
• Supervise outreach team, delegate tasks and provide guidance.
• Establish and maintain partnerships to support enrollment goals and external referrals.
• Plan community events and conduct outreach at fairs, open houses, and schools.
• Ensure outreach activities utilize best practices and provide participant guidance.
• Maintain outreach calendar, materials, and inventory; analyze outreach effectiveness.
