Job summary

Health, Inc. is seeking an Outreach Associate to support inpatient and outpatient access by handling registration, insurance verification, scheduling, and billing.

The role focuses on engaging eligible patients through proactive outreach and relationship building to enroll in Health Management programs. You will identify eligible individuals, explain program benefits, and assist with enrollment while ensuring accurate eligibility screening and timely documentation to meet operational goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0-1 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) or CRM platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with pre-registration and registration processes.
• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations as needed.
• Assist with scheduling and billing duties.
• Engage patients through outbound outreach to educate and enroll in Health Management programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation to meet operational goals and targets.
