Job summary

Qualifications

• Verbal and written communication in English and Spanish.
• Experience with health insurance options and enrollment assistance.
• Experience building relationships with community agencies.
• Experience in planning, coordinating projects with timelines.
• Knowledge of community resources and social service programs.
• CAC certification (CAC) or willingness to obtain within 2 months.

Responsibilities

• Educates patients on health insurance options via marketplace plans.
• Provides structured patient education on health coverage and renewal assistance.
• Attends community events to facilitate enrollment with partners.
• Assists community members with enrollment in available insurance plans.
• Schedules appointments for O&E assistance at clinic sites as needed.
