Job summary

Eastern Washington University seeks a Program Specialist 3 to lead Slate CRM initiatives for undergraduate admissions and dual/concurrent enrollment, working with faculty and staff to architect the enrollment experience. The role reports to the Enrollment Marketing Manager and focuses on configuring, maintaining, and optimizing CRM workflows, dashboards, and training.

The position emphasizes data-informed strategy, data quality, governance, and cross-campus consulting to improve the student

Qualifications

• Six total years of education or experience in marketing, computer science, data analytics, higher education administration or related field.
• Two years experience using a higher education CRM such as Slate or Element 451.
• Proven track record of collaboration and strong working relationships across an organization.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• CRM strategy and administration tasks: design workflows, dashboards, portals, and other activities.
• Data management and reporting: monitor eligibility, analyze data, and produce reports.
• Project management and leadership: lead Slate-related projects and coordinate stakeholders.
• Other responsibilities: resolve complex program issues and promote a positive team culture.
