Job summary

Milwaukee School of Engineering (MSOE) is seeking a CRM Administrator for Enrollment Management to optimize the CRM, ensure data integrity, and support admissions operations from inquiry through enrollment. You will partner with Admissions, Financial Aid, Marketing, and IT to drive data-driven enrollment strategies and system enhancements.

The role focuses on configuring the CRM, managing data quality, and creating actionable reports to inform leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; master's degree preferred.
• Experience administering or supporting CRM, student information system, admissions system, or similar enterprise technology.
• Strong understanding of data management, workflows, reporting, and system configuration.
• Demonstrated ability to work with complex data and identify data-quality issues.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead CRM implementations, major upgrades, and technology initiatives with stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary administrator and institutional expert for the enrollment management CRM.
• Configure and maintain CRM functionality including fields, forms, workflows, and dashboards.
• Maintain CRM security, user access, roles, and permissions.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize CRM workflows for recruitment and enrollment funnel.
• Partner with admissions leadership to automate recruitment, application, communication, and enrollment processes.
