Alpha is hiring a Director of Enrollment to generate its own family demand through preschool and feeder relationships, community partnerships, and local events. You will own the end-to-end journey, from first inquiry to onboarding, and lead campus tours and information sessions presenting an AI-powered learning model.

You will manage 7+ concurrent family relationships, track progress in HubSpot and our SIS, and report weekly on pipeline health while refining the admissions playbook for the Bay

Formación

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles with $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month buyer.
• Own end-to-end client/admissions journey: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• Measurable growth or customer-acquisition number you owned.
• 7+ concurrent relationships tracked in a CRM or database.
• Hands-on use of AI tools in client-facing workflows.
• Experience leading in-person tours for high-net-worth audiences.
• Willing to relocate to Palo Alto or San Rafael within 60 days.

• Own stages from inquiry to onboarding: needs assessment, campus tour, enrollment decision.
• Lead tours, open houses, and info sessions defending the AI-powered model.
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships with tracked status and next actions.
• Report weekly on pipeline health and rewrite local admissions playbook.
