Job summary

Alpha is seeking a Director of Admissions and Enrollment to grow enrollment at a Bay Area campus. You will generate demand, own the complete admissions journey, and lead tours and events while defending Alpha's AI-powered learning model to discerning families.

Role requires personally managing 7+ concurrent family relationships, collaboration with partners, and hands-on use of AI tools for outreach and summaries. This is an on-site, full-time role based in Palo Alto or San Rafael.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles where a buyer was the customer at $25K+ per client or $2K+ per month.
• End-to-end client/admissions journey ownership: application, needs assessment, offer, decision, onboarding.
• Measurable growth or customer-acquisition number owned with lead-gen and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified family demand through preschool and feeder-school relationships, partnerships, referrals, and events.
• Own every stage of the process from inquiry to onboarding.
• Lead campus tours, open houses, and information sessions defending an AI-powered learning model.
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships at different stages with tracked status in CRM and SIS.
• Weekly pipeline health reporting and adapting the local admissions playbook.
