Job summary

Alpha is hiring a Director of Enrollment to grow one Bay Area campus by attracting families who thrive in the Alpha model. You will own every step—from first inquiry to onboarding—and lead tours, events, and information sessions that defend our AI-powered learning approach.

Based on Bay Area demand, you will manage 7+ relationships at different stages, track progress in our CRM, and report weekly on pipeline health while refining local admissions playbooks.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in premium client-facing roles with high-value clients
• Full ownership of end-to-end admissions journey: application to onboarding
• Proven growth or customer-acquisition numbers and local partnerships
• 7+ concurrent client relationships tracked in a CRM
• Experience leading in-person tours and high-net-worth clients
• Hands-on use of AI tools in client-facing workflows
• Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship

Responsibilities

• Grow enrollment at one Bay Area campus with families who will thrive in the Alpha model
• Own all stages: inquiry, needs assessment, tour, shadow day, enrollment, onboarding
• Lead tours, open houses, and information sessions defending the AI-powered model
• Maintain 7+ active family relationships with tracked status
• Report weekly on pipeline health and rewrite admissions playbook
