• Five+ years in admissions or enrollment-related fields.
• Experience in independent/private school admissions preferred.
• Proven track record of meeting enrollment and conversion targets.
• Strong interpersonal and consultative communication skills.
• Analytical skills to interpret pipeline and enrollment data.
• CRM experience, HubSpot preferred.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive campus enrollment and re-enrollment performance against targets.
• Manage admissions pipeline from inquiry to enrollment with timely progress.
• Monitor KPIs and maintain CRM data in HubSpot or similar systems.
• Lead enrollment forecasting and communicate updates to leadership.
• Develop recruitment, community outreach, and partnerships to grow qualified leads.
• Collaborate with campus leadership to optimize family experience and onboarding.
