Portage Learning Careers seeks a seasoned National Director of Enrollment to lead Marketing, Student Engagement, and PIE while building two growth markets: High School/Dual Enrollment and Corporate Education. This role reports to the VP of Operations and travels frequently.

You're a sales and business development leader who can develop leaders, create scalable growth strategies, and align enrollment channels with measurable performance across partners and markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, enrollment growth, or revenue leadership.
• Proven success in growth strategies and meeting targets.
• Experience building scale sales teams or new markets.
• Expertise in pipeline management, forecasting, KPIs, CRM, and performance measurement.
• Background check with required clearances: Child Abuse, State Police, FBI Fingerprinting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and direction across Marketing, Student Engagement, PIE/Higher Education, and emerging High School and Corporate verticals.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment growth strategy aligned with Portage Learning's goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop senior leaders with clear priorities and accountability across Enrollment.
• Apply a disciplined sales approach with pipeline management, forecasting, conversion metrics, CRM utilization, and performance measurement.
• Protect and grow Portage's core market by supporting partner relationships and new institutional opportunities.
• Build High School/Dual Enrollment and Corporate Education verticals with market leaders and scalable go-to-market strategies.
• Strengthen alignment among Marketing, lead generation, Student Engagement, PIE, and teams for student and partner experience.
• Use data to evaluate enrollment performance, pipeline health, and opportunities; adjust strategy accordingly.
• Partner with VP of Operations on enrollment forecasting, strategic planning, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
