Kennedy International School in New York seeks an experienced Director of Enrollment Management to lead admissions, enrollment, and retention. The role shapes a data-driven strategy for growth and oversees admissions workflows with Finalsite EMS and CMS, plus Clarity for aid.

The successful candidate reports to the Head of School, collaborates with leadership, academics, and Marketing, and drives tuition strategy and enrollment projections.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in admissions or enrollment management, preferably in independent or international schools.
• Proven success in developing and executing enrollment strategies.
• Strong analytical skills using enrollment data and forecasting to inform decisions.
• Excellent organizational, managerial, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of the New York City private school landscape; French is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive enrollment strategy aligned with enrollment and financial goals.
• Lead the admissions process from inquiry through enrollment with a highly professional experience for families.
• Strengthen admissions practices using Finalsite EMS.
• Use enrollment data and market information to forecast enrollment and inform strategy.
• Develop strategies to increase applicant volume, conversion, yield, and retention.
• Partner with Marketing and Communications on positioning, campaigns, events, and use of Finalsite CMS.
• Oversee the financial aid process with Clarity and align tuition strategy with projections.
• Represent Kennedy with prospective families and NYC/international education communities.
