Alpha, a private K-12 school network, seeks an on-site Director of Client Relations to own a campus enrollment journey from inquiry through onboarding. You will manage 20+ families at various stages, lead tours and info sessions, and deliver decisive outcomes with high-touch professionalism.

You will maintain CRM data, utilize AI tools for prep and summaries, and report enrollment metrics to leadership weekly. A strong track record with affluent families is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role with high-value clients
• Owned enrollment journey from inquiry to commitment
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM/database
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow
• Able to communicate with executives and high-net-worth individuals

Responsibilities

• Own enrollment journey from inquiry to onboarding and needs assessment
• Carry 20+ active families at once
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form admission or decline recommendations to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS current; report pipeline health weekly
