Alpha is hiring for a Director of Membership to own an on-site campus admissions journey from inquiry to first day. You will manage 20+ families across stages, conduct tours, shadow days, and open houses, and deliver decisions in your own words.

You’ll use HubSpot and SIS, coordinate with leadership, and report pipeline health weekly. The role demands 3+ years in client-facing roles with high-value buyers, strong communication, and a track record of closing enrollments at private schools.
