• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years enrollment/management experience required.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills required.
• Eager to learn, retain, and implement new and changing information.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to lead, manage, and train a team.
• Has access to designated work from home office space with reliable high-speed internet.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office programs.

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates a team of Enrollment Representatives.
• Ensures enrollment objectives align with overall strategy.
• Provides ongoing coaching, training, and development for student interactions.
• Ensures high-quality service for students through enrollment processes.
• Maintains compliant, professional interactions across all student touchpoints.
• Interviews staff and advises on staffing decisions.
• Adheres to applicable laws and Covista Code of Conduct and Ethics.
