• 10+ years of senior leadership in multi-site operations or regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus operations, budget, labor planning, and KPIs to meet quality, growth, and financial goals.
• Drive student success metrics, persistence, and licensure readiness across programs.
• Lead faculty and staff development, performance management, and cross‑functional collaboration.
