Reporting to the Director of Enrollment, you will oversee daily team activities, coaching, and strategy execution in a collaborative environment.

With a hybrid schedule of four in-office days weekly, the role emphasizes leadership, process improvement, and strong communication across departments to ensure a smooth enrollment

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years enrollment/management experience.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate enrollment activities for a team of Enrollment Representatives.
• Ensure alignment with enrollment strategy and policies.
• Provide ongoing coaching and development to improve student interactions.
• Oversee call center activities and support for escalations.
• Promote partnerships with other departments and uphold Covista values.
• Lead staffing decisions and contribute to management decisions.
• Adhere to applicable laws and Covista Code of Conduct.
• Support other duties as assigned.
