Job summary

The position operates in a hybrid schedule with in-office days four per week, reporting to the Director of Enrollment and partnering across departments to strategize initiatives and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in enrollment/management.
• Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience leading, managing, and training a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities of the enrollment team.
• Coach and develop Enrollment Representatives for quality interactions.
• Ensure compliance and adherence to policies in student interactions.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet new student enrollment goals.
• Lead staffing discussions and provide input to management.
