Job summary

Chamberlain University seeks an Executive Campus Director to serve as the senior leader responsible for campus performance, culture, and student success outcomes. This role combines operational excellence, people leadership, and student-centered decision-making to transform lives.

You will guide faculty and staff, drive financial and regulatory performance, oversee growth, ensure accreditation compliance, and build external partnerships to support enrollment and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of senior leadership experience in multi-site operations, healthcare services, professional services, or other regulated industries.
• Proven experience owning revenue, P&L, staffing models, budgets, and operational performance.
• Experience with compliance, audits, regulatory frameworks, or accreditation-like environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee campus operations to meet goals for quality, growth, and financial performance.
• Own campus profit and loss, including budgeting, labor planning, staffing, and KPIs.
• Lead data-driven improvements and drive continuous operational excellence.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation, regulatory, and safety standards.
