Job summary

Alpha School is seeking a dedicated Enrollment Manager to own the campus admissions process from first inquiry through the first day of school. You will engage with affluent families, conduct tours, and guide decisions with clear, compassionate communication at multiple stages.

You will manage 20+ active families using HubSpot and maintain accurate SIS records, delivering timely updates and using AI tools to prepare summaries for leadership. This is an on-site role in one of our campuses.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a client-facing role where the buyer was an individual or family paying $25,000+ per client
• Owned end-to-end admissions journey from inquiry to commitment decision
• Managed 7+ client relationships in a CRM or tracking system
• Communicated with executives, high-net-worth individuals, or demanding clients
• Used AI tools in a client-facing workflow

Responsibilities

• Own the enrollment journey for every prospective family from first inquiry to onboarding
• Manage 20+ active families at different stages simultaneously
• Lead campus tours, open houses, info sessions, and shadow days
• Form and deliver admit or decline recommendations to families
• Keep HubSpot and SIS updated and report pipeline health weekly
