Job summary

MyComputerCareer is seeking an Enrollment Advisor for its Cyber Warrior Program. You will guide prospective students from consultative first contact through onboarding, translating military values into IT career success, and driving enrollment in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

Candidates should bring 2+ years in sales, strong CRM skills (Salesforce preferred), high activity discipline, and the ability to host engaging video consultations.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years of demonstrated success in target-driven sales environments.
• High-Volume Activity: proven routines of handling many daily activities and pipeline velocity.
• Tech & Pipeline Literacy: proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and video tools.
• Mission Alignment & Communication: strong presentation and active-listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive Consultative Pipeline Growth: articulate value of tech training and close prospective students.
• Maintain High-Volume Outreach: meet daily activity standards and advance candidates through funnel.
• Exceed Performance & Conversion Quotas: achieve enrollment targets and KPIs in a fast-paced setting.
• Demonstrate Purpose-Driven Sales Grit: stay energetic and optimistic, overcome objections.
• Navigate the Enrollment Funnel: guide candidates through readiness assessments, funding, and onboarding.
• Deliver Engaging Consultations: host video and in-person sessions that build trust.
