Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support customer enrollment, payment operations, and reporting for a large-scale utility pricing pilot. You will manage enrollment processes, validate eligibility, oversee payments, and ensure data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will analyze large datasets, collaborate across teams, and drive process improvements in a regulated environment. This is a hybrid role based in Rosemead, CA with in-office Wednesdays and Thursdays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 4+ years of business analysis experience.
• Strong experience with operational reporting, tracking, and business process analysis.
• Advanced Excel skills: Pivot Tables, Data validation, Reporting and analysis, Large dataset management.
• Experience with payment processing, reconciliation, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Review, verify, and validate enrollment submissions from account managers.
• Conduct eligibility assessments and enroll qualified customers.
• Communicate enrollment status updates to stakeholders.
• Serve as SME for the program's automated enrollment and billing platform.
• Extract, validate, analyze, and report enrollment and billing data.
• Partner with third-party vendors to identify defects and support enhancements.
• Manage manual enrollment activities for Automation Service Providers (ASPs).
• Oversee payment operations, processing, reconciliation, and partner compensation tracking.
• Develop and maintain operational reports and dashboards on enrollment, billing, and performance.
• Track metrics: enrollment volumes, MW enrolled, benefiter vs non-benefiter, billing status, trends.
• Identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Support budget tracking, reporting, and forecasting.
• Create and maintain pivot tables, charts, graphs, and executive reporting materials.
