Job summary

You will support accurate and timely billing for ENGIE's Retail Commercial and Industrial customers, review unbilled and operational reports, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams and third‑party vendors using multiple data systems and Microsoft Office tools. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of directly relevant experience.
• Up to two years of analytical experience in a business environment.
• Knowledge of retail energy operations, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and data systems.

Responsibilities

• Research and resolve billing disputes with timely updates.
• Review and update daily reports supporting billing and operations.
• Gather requirements and perform QA testing for billing, reporting, and customer initiatives.
• Implement quality-control measures to improve invoice accuracy.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and third‑party vendors.
• Deliver against established key performance indicators.
• Train new team members and maintain training materials.
